SYNERGY HomeCare in Eagan is hiring a part-time RN (20–30 hrs/week) for a flexible, low-burnout role combining case management and clinical leadership.

• No nights, weekends, or holidays

This is a hybrid RN role where you’ll:

• Complete client assessments and care plans

• Support and mentor caregivers

• Perform supervisory visits (not high-volume)

• Help maintain quality and compliance

• This is NOT a high-volume visit role or a hospital-style pace.

• This is NOT a 24/7 Director of Nursing job.

PAY & PERKS

Requirements:

• People orientated

• Active Minnesota RN license

• Comfortable working independently

• Ability to travel locally (West St. Paul Cannon Falls)

SCHEDULE
