We are seeking a Regional Distribution & Member Support Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a network of restaurant owners and distribution partners. This role is all about customer service, issue resolution, relationship management, and making sure problems are addressed quickly and effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary contact for restaurant owners and operators within your assigned region.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Respond quickly to operational issues, delivery challenges, product shortages, service concerns, and other day-to-day supply chain disruptions.
- Act as the liaison between customers and distribution partners to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, and drive solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate meetings, provide updates, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance and key operational metrics.
- Review reports and data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues before they impact customers.
- Support promotional programs, inventory initiatives, and operational projects.
- Handle escalations and ensure customers feel supported throughout the resolution process.
- Partner with multiple internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
