Product Support Specialist

Are you a technical problem solver who enjoys helping customers, troubleshooting equipment, and working with innovative industrial products?
GloTech Corporation, a Florida-based engineering and manufacturing company specializing in water and wastewater equipment solutions, is expanding its team and looking for a Product Support Specialist to support its electromagnetic flow meter product line and deliver exceptional customer and distributor support.
This is a newly created position with strong growth potential within an engineering-driven organization focused on sustainability, efficiency, and innovation.
What You'll Do
🔹 Provide technical support via phone and email for flow meter products
🔹 Troubleshoot product and operational issues while documenting solutions
🔹 Coordinate customer orders, quotations, inventory inquiries, and order status updates
🔹 Manage warranty claims, RMAs, and replacement part requests
🔹 Support distributors through technical training and onboarding
🔹 Assist with technical documentation, installation guides, videos, and product materials
🔹 Collaborate with engineering, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✅ Ability to read and understand technical drawings
✅ Experience supporting customers, distributors, technicians, contractors, or industrial users
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently after training
