📍 Remote | Full-Time
Are you a hands-on cloud engineering leader who enjoys building, automating, and scaling enterprise cloud platforms?
We're looking for a Manager of Cloud & Platform Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a true player-coach role where you'll combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering while driving cloud strategy, automation, and modernization initiatives.
What You'll Do:
✔ Lead Cloud & Platform Engineering teams across AWS, Azure, and OCI
✔ Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures
✔ Drive cloud migrations, modernization, and platform standardization
✔ Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.)
✔ Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives
✔ Implement cloud security, governance, IAM, and compliance best practices
✔ Oversee cloud networking, monitoring, observability, backup, and disaster recovery
✔ Partner with Security teams to improve cloud posture and vulnerability management
✔ Optimize cloud costs and improve operational efficiency
✔ Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and help shape the organization's cloud strategy
What We're Looking For:
✅ 8–12 years of Cloud, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
✅ 3–5 years of technical leadership experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or OCI
✅ Expertise with Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, ARM, or similar IaC tools
✅ Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, or other container platforms
✅ Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud networking, cloud security, and automation
✅ Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar
✅ Experience supporting large enterprise cloud environments
