IT Supervisor – Contact Center & Customer Platforms (.NET)

Location: Atlanta, GA (In-office 4 days/week)

Direct Hire Position: No Sponsorship


Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Software Development Team Leader to lead a team supporting Contact Center and customer-facing digital platforms. This role will oversee full lifecycle delivery, production support, and ongoing innovation across customer technology solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong .NET experience, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive teams delivering high-impact, customer-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of developers and analysts delivering end-to-end solutions
  • Oversee full SDLC including development, delivery, and production support
  • Drive innovation and efficiency across Contact Center and customer platforms
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with business needs
  • Balance day-to-day operational support with project and program delivery
  • Establish and track performance metrics to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage a $1M–$5M technology budget and project portfolio
  • Influence technology direction, including adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI)
  • Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to enterprise strategy
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team (10–14 team members including contractors)


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years leading development teams
  • Strong background in .NET / application development
  • Experience managing teams responsible for full SDLC delivery
  • Proven experience in performance management (coaching, PIPs, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets $1M and multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience operating in a real-time, high-availability environment


Preferred Experience

  • Contact Center technologies (e.g., Avaya, Genesys, Five9, Cisco, IVR, ACD)
  • Customer-facing platforms (portals, mobile/web self-service, “My Account”)
  • Experience integrating customer information systems
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions within application or delivery teams
  • Utility or regulated industry experience (nice to have)
