A leading industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their warehouse operations team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials that support production and customer fulfillment. -Key Responsibilities:-Receive incoming materials, verify items against purchase orders and job numbers, and ensure accuracy of shipments.-Label and record job numbers on all received materials.-Prepare outgoing shipments using UPS and T-Force Freight; proficiency with UPS Worldship software is a plus.-Package items securely for shipment, including banding larger components to pallets for freight transport.-Safely move materials, inventory, and job-specific components to designated storage or staging areas using a pallet jack or forklift.-Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.-Cut panels (machine consumables) to specified lengths using a circular saw, following order specifications.-Package and prepare panels for shipment according to order requirements.-Accurately read and measure in both standard and metric units.-Pick components and parts from inventory based on provided Bills of Material (BOM).-Monitor inventory levels and notify supervision when materials are running low.-Operate company vehicle to transport parts from local vendors (valid driver"s license required).-Operate turret punching machinery, including programming tooling and matrix patterns, and loading panels for punching operations.-Assist with maintaining inventory levels of shop materials and request replenishment when necessary.Key Requirements:-Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.-Experience with shipping software such as UPS Worldship preferred.-Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with basic shop tools, including circular saws.-Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse organization.-Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs. with assistance or equipment.-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.-Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent required.-Previous experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred.-Valid driver"s license required.-Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.-Basic computer literacy for documentation and system entry.#zrbc
