Job Title: Packer (2nd Shift) Location: Randolph, NJ Compensation: $15.60/hr | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Optional overtime is provided to candidates who are interested. Job Summary We are currently hiring for a Packer to join our second-shift operations. As a Packer, you will ensure our high standards of quality are maintained through the final stages of the production cycle. Duties & Responsibilities Manual Packaging: Securely pack finished goods into boxes, crates, or displays for immediate shipment. Product Inspection: Act as a final check for quality, ensuring all items are free of defects and meet customer specifications. Detailed Documentation: Assist in tracking finished quantities and completing production logs at the end of each shift. Safety & Sanitation: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free work area to ensure the safety of the entire evening crew. Shift Transitions: Coordinate with the first-shift team to ensure a smooth hand-off and continuous production efficiency. Required Qualifications Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and move comfortably in a manufacturing environment. Lifting Ability: Must be capable of consistently lifting and moving up to 25 lbs. Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required for safety and operational clarity.
