Hiring Opportunity: McConnelsville Ohio Our client is look to hire an HR Manager for their Team in McConnelsville Ohio! Our client is a leader in developing and manufacturing high-precision, high strength components for a wide range of industries. The HR Manager would be responsible for the HR Operations, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent Management and development, and Employee relations and engagement. Qualified candidates would need/have experience with Bachelors Degree within a relevant area, 3 Years of experience with HR, onboarding/off boarding, recruiting, and retainment. Job Responsibilities: - HR Operations & Compliance: Process owner for the full HR function at the site and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and company policies. - Strategic Partnership: Member of the local management team and global People & Culture teams. - Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers for attract and select talent. Lead the onboarding process for all new employees. - Talent Management & Development: Facilitate the process to identify talent needs and build development plans that support technical advancement, career growth, and succession planning. - Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote positive employee relations, partner with leaders to foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment, and support employee engagement surveys, action plans, and follow-up activities. Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree in relevant discipline - 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing environments - Overall experience of working in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, and employee training & development - Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and influence at all levels - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism - Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and ADP preferred
