Business Development Manager The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of medium voltage pad-mount switchgear and related electrical infrastructure solutions across the US construction and distribution markets. Responsibilities include: - Develop and execute a national growth strategy for pad-mount and medium voltage switchgear products. - Support sales teams in closing complex, high-value projects within assigned regions. - Develop and manage solution partners for applicable electrical infrastructure products. - Collaborate cross-functionally on opportunities requiring broader industry or infrastructure solutions. - Support account managers and sales agents across the electrical infrastructure channel. - Deliver customer presentations and technical training sessions. - Act as the primary liaison between sales, engineering, finance, and operations. - Provide input on marketing strategy, product messaging, and budget planning.
