Our client is seeking an 8 years experienced Transactional Senior Practice Assistant to support HOA attorneys in Transactional Dept.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide advanced legal support and administrative assistance (email, calendaring, word processing, filing, copying, minor research).
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, pleadings, memos, and legal documents from attorney drafts.
Handle court and external filings, client communications, and maintain calendars, deadlines, and scheduling systems.
Review and edit client invoices and ensure accurate billing processes.
Maintain SOPs, act as the point of contact for transactional assistants, and provide backup support across the department.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
Minimum 8 years of law firm experience supporting Partners/Shareholders preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with legal systems like TABS, PracticeMaster, NetDocuments or similar preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and internet research skills.
