Our client is seeking a 3-5 years experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Civil Litigation team.

- Review, analyze, and summarize medical, financial, tax, employment, and other legal records
- Prepare medical chronologies, record summaries, deposition summaries, and discovery response summaries
- Draft basic pleadings, discovery documents, and routine legal correspondence; assist in discovery drafting and responses
- Schedule depositions, manage calendars, and support overall case management and litigation workflow
- Perform administrative and litigation support tasks while managing high-volume workloads and tight deadlines
- 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation
- Experience handling medical records, discovery, and deposition summaries
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) at intermediate to advanced level
- ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred with strong research and writing skills
