- Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing leadership roles
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Experience leading and developing high performing sales teams
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations within a hotel environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities
