Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery
π° Weekly Pay (36 Hours)

π° Weekly Pay (36 Hours)
- Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,506
- Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,260
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- 12-hour shifts | 36hrs per week
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed
- Floating required as needed
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecological, and newborn patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
- Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and obstetric emergencies
- Recover and monitor patients following cesarean deliveries
- Perform ongoing maternal and newborn assessments
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, pediatric providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC/Stork EMR
- Utilize OBIX fetal monitoring technology to support labor management and clinical documentation
- Float to other women's services areas as needed
- Active New York State RN License required
- Minimum 4-5 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- EPIC/Stork EMR experience required
- Experience with OBIX fetal monitoring system preferred
- American Heart Association (AHA) certifications required:
- ACLS
- BLS
- NRP
- Strong fetal monitoring, labor management, maternal/newborn assessment, and obstetric emergency skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment
- Adult obstetric and newborn patient population
- 18-bed Labor & Delivery unit featuring:
- 3 Triage Beds
- 2 Antepartum Beds
- 8 Labor & Delivery Beds
- 2 Cesarean Section Operating Rooms
- 3 Recovery Beds
- Care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecologic, and newborn patients
