- Manage litigation matters through all phases, including case strategy and client representation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple litigation matters while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership (or anticipated admission).
- 2-4 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
