Senior Litigation Attorney (10-15 years):
Responsibilities
- Independently handle all phases of civil litigation, from case inception through trial
- Regularly argue motions and handle evidentiary hearings in court
- Strategically manage cases involving contract, real estate, and business entity disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and conduct depositions
- Supervise and mentor junior associates (especially for the senior role)
- Engage in client communication and strategy development
- Optional: Handle appellate matters if experienced
Senior Litigation Attorney (10-15 years):
- 10-15 years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong courtroom experience, particularly in arguing motions and evidentiary hearings
- Background in commercial litigation including contract, real estate, and entity disputes
- Bankruptcy experience is a plus
- Appellate argument experience a plus but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor associates
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities
- A portable book of business is preferred
- 4 years of litigation experience
- Demonstrated courtroom experience in arguing motions and handling evidentiary hearings
- Experience with commercial disputes (contract, real estate, business entity litigation)
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Bankruptcy experience and appellate experience a plus but not mandatory
