- Handle complex commercial litigation and financial fraud cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Manage discovery, case strategy, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients throughout all phases of litigation.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, analysis, and advocacy skills are required.
- Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing.
- Delaware bar admission is a plus.
- Experience in commercial litigation, financial fraud litigation, or related practice areas.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
