- We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking attorney to lead the growth and development of our Lincoln office.
- This is not a traditional desk-bound legal role. We are seeking someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and creating momentum in a market. If you are energized by connecting with people, developing referral pipelines, and positioning a firm as a leader in its space, this role is designed for you.
- This position is centered on business development, community presence, and strategic growth. You will play a key role in establishing and expanding the firm's footprint in Lincoln by building meaningful relationships and generating new opportunities.
- You will work closely with firm leadership while having the autonomy to execute on ideas, pursue partnerships, and create visibility in the community.
- Build and maintain strong referral networks with professionals, organizations, and community partners
- Represent the firm at networking events, community engagements, and industry functions
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the Lincoln market
- Develop and execute creative outreach and business development initiatives
- Conduct client consultations and convert opportunities into retained matters
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience

- Licensed to practice law in Nebraska (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Prior experience in family law is a plus, but not required
