- No prior experience needed-we provide comprehensive training and licensing assistance.
- Responsibilities:All aspects of hearing health, including:
- Conduct hearing evaluations and assessments.
- Fit, adjust, maintain, and sell hearing aids.
- Provide counseling and education on hearing loss.
- Perform hearing aid repairs and maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- a Compassionate, patient-focused mentality, with a love for our seniors.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Desire for ongoing professional development.
- What We Offer:We offer paid training and licensing through our Apprentice Program. Most importantly, we offer a positive team environment! - Compensation:Apprentice Salary: $35,000 (growing to add commission)Audiologist or Licensed HIS: USD $50,000 per year (commission is performance-based and uncapped).
