As our Business Development Attorney, you will convert possibilities into results, create momentum in the market, and build trusted relationships.
What You’ll Do
● Play offense, not defense: Proactively drive referral partnerships through strategic relationship-building with professionals, organizations, and community partners.
● Build influence and visibility: Represent the firm at networking events, community engagements, and industry functions.
● Lead growth, don’t follow it: Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the Lincoln market.
● Outthink the competition: Develop and execute creative outreach and business development initiatives.
● Win clients through strategy and presence: Conduct client consultations and convert opportunities into retained matters.
● Raise the standard together: Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
● Licensed to practice law in Nebraska (or ability to obtain licensure)
● Prior experience in family law is a plus, but not required
● Demonstrated interest or experience in business development, networking, or client acquisition
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong initiative with ability to work independently and drive results
● Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and drive opportunity
