We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a growing Alaska-based law firm. This is a senior-level, independent role for a lawyer who can manage cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision.

- Civil litigation
- Plaintiff's litigation
- Criminal defense
- Family law
- Independently manage a full caseload
- Handle all stages of litigation (intake through trial)
- Conduct hearings, motions, depositions, and trials
- Develop case strategy and manage client relationships
- Negotiate settlements and advocate in court
- 5 years of legal practice experience
- Experience in at least one core area: civil, plaintiff's, criminal defense, or family law
- Strong courtroom and motion practice experience
- Ability to handle cases independently
- Excellent legal writing and client communication skills
- Active Alaska Bar admission (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Spanish fluency (adds $10,000 to base salary)
- Trial experience
- Client development or business generation experience
- Portable book of business
Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
