- Prepare probate documents (applications, letters testamentary, heirship, administration, orders, oaths).
- Draft incapacity and estate planning documents (POAs, directives, wills, trusts) from forms.
- File documents via e-filing systems; manage court filings, hearings, and confirmations.
- Prepare inventories, guardianship filings, and related court documents.
- Proofread legal documents; draft engagement, summary, and transmittal letters; and maintain files.
- 3-6 years' experience in probate, estate planning, or guardianship matters.
- Strong drafting skills with legal forms and expertise in document proofreading.
- Experience with court e-filing systems and hearing coordination.
- Knowledge of wills, trusts, probate procedures, and incapacity documents.
