Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff-side Employment Law, Consumer Class Actions, Personal Injury, and PAGA litigation.

- Evaluate case facts, statutes, and case law to develop litigation strategies and legal arguments.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and manage written discovery.
- Take and defend depositions; prepare oral arguments and trial materials.
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials while advocating for clients.
- Independently manage a caseload under senior attorney supervision and maintain professional client/opposing counsel communication.
- J.D. with 3-5 years of litigation experience as an Associate Attorney.
- Experience in Employment Law, Consumer Class Actions, Personal Injury and/or PAGA matters preferred.
- Strong legal research, legal writing, and case analysis skills.
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Passion for advocating employee and consumer rights with excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
