Roles And Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Vice President of Property Management to understand portfolio operations and tenant relationships
- Prepare and update lease files and rent rolls
- Handle administrative duties and coordinate with the Brokerage and Leasing Department
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as a backup during busy periods
- Assist with overall property management operations behind the scenes
- Maintain flexibility to work varied hours, including after hours and weekends if required
- Travel across assigned regions as needed
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently as a self starter
- Strong sense of dependability and adaptability
- Willingness to travel as required
