Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, React.js, and cloud technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience building modern front-end applications, developing RESTful APIs, and working with cloud-based architectures.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• REST API and Microservices development.
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI integrations.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native development.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is a plus.
