Your role
During your internship you will act as the support needed for the creative team from project management, clerical maintenance and general help with daily functions such as:
- Support the Fragrance Development team to set up evaluations.
- Odor Booths (book, maintain, purge)
- Responsible for new product smelling sessions and olfactive mappings
- Product closet maintenance/pulling products/pour-offs
- Clerical work ~ entering samples requests as needed.
- Potpourri old samples
- Maintain/Clean Home/Beauty Foamers
- Maintain/Clean Hair Swatches
About you
- Pursuing BS/MS degree in a related field
- Interest in the fragrance and beauty industry
- Ability to work onsite from our Teterboro, NJ location
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected gross hourly rate for this position is 15.92 USD - 15.92 USD. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
