Your role
Our internship program is designed to attract and develop emerging talent by offering meaningful, hands-on exposure to our business. Interns actively contribute to key projects while gaining practical insight into our industry and a first-hand understanding of the FDM role.
- Set up and support evaluation activities for Home Care
- Assist the team with laundry-related tasks (stripping towels, washing, folding, etc.)
- Perform administrative work, including product mapping (set-up and data entry), TMDs, and sample pouring
- Provide support for internal sensory panels
- Organize closets and storage areas
- Maintain files and documentation
- Track samples from laboratories as needed
About you
- Pursuing BS/MS degree in a related field
- Ability to work onsite from our Teterboro, NJ location
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to learning new skills
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected gross hourly rate for this position is USD 15.92 - USD 15.92. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
