Your role
During your internship you will provide administrative and operational support to sales team, ensuring smooth project entering, timely customer communication and efficient coordination between internal teams and clients. Tasks include:
- Retail Opportunity Mapping: Identify whitespace opportunities for key retailers (e.g., Walmart, Costco)
- Competitive Landscape Analysis: Benchmark top brands vs private label in a category
- Pipeline Acceleration: Support live opportunities with insights and presentation materials
- Consumer Insights Application: Translate trends (e.g., Gen Alpha) into sales concepts
About you
- Pursuing BS/MS degree in a related field
- Interest in the fragrance and beauty industry
- Ability to work onsite from our Teterboro, NJ location
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected gross hourly rate for this position is USD 15.92 - USD 15.92. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
