Job Details
Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple implementations.
Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead on ServiceNow projects.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Discovery, etc.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS
Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, security models, and performance optimization techniques.
ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred:
o Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o Certified Application Developer (CAD)
o ITSM, ITOM, or other product-specific certifications
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and automated testing in ServiceNow (ATF, Jenkins, Git).
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks.
Ability to interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide technical guidance.
