Position Summary
The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Assist with event planning, including board meetings, offsites, and company events
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and basic budgeting tasks
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3–7 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
