Our client, a private organization focused on delivering marketing and data resources for a large higher education institution, is hiring a full-time Integrated Media Specialist!
Location: Tempe, AZ - 2 days a week onsite
Hours: 40 hours a week
Contract Duration: 6 months with high potential to convert
Pay Rate: $38-43/hr
About this role:
- Hands on media planning and buying role
- Serve as the primary point of contact with local and regional media vendors, including negotiating rates, managing contracts, and maintaining vendor relationships
- Traffic creative assets, manage media specifications, and ensure accurate and timely placement of creative across traditional media channels
- Support digital media execution across paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and video/CTV at an intermediate, hands-on level
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with demonstrated hands-on experience in traditional media, particularly out-of-home
- Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and video/CTV
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with vendors and internal stakeholders
