We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who can operate with precision, urgency, and professionalism while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. This is not just scheduling, it’s owning the engine that keeps hiring moving.
Role Details
- Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, 3 days/week)
- Contract Length: 6 months to start
- Compensation: $57.50/hour (~$120K annualized)
- Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple pipelines (majority of your role)
- Coordinate high-volume, complex scheduling across Research, Executive, and technical teams
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and business partners
- Manage last-minute changes, conflicts, and “fire drills” with calm and efficiency
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, from first touch to final round
- Maintain accurate scheduling data and documentation
- Support both virtual and occasional onsite interviews
What You Bring (Must-Have)
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to manage high-volume scheduling in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills—you can handle “organized chaos” with ease
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and/or executive assistants
- Confidence working cross-functionally in tools like Slack and ATS platforms
- Ability to self-prioritize, problem-solve, and execute independently
