🚀 Help Build the Future of Technology
We’re partnering with one of the most exciting and rapidly growing technology companies in the world as they scale their recruiting organization—and we’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves being at the center of a high-impact hiring process.
This is an opportunity to join a team where speed, precision, and exceptional candidate experience genuinely matter. You’ll work alongside recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and business leaders to help bring exceptional talent into an organization that is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with technology and AI.
If you’re someone who can look at a complicated scheduling puzzle and think, “I’ve got this,” you’ll fit right in.
💡 What You’ll Do
Interview coordination will make up the majority of your day, but this is far from a simple scheduling role. You’ll be trusted to independently navigate complex, high-volume recruiting workflows while keeping candidates and stakeholders informed every step of the way.
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple recruiting pipelines
- Coordinate high-volume interviews across a large and constantly changing interviewer population
- Manage complex and bespoke scheduling for executive-level and specialized recruiting pipelines
- Support hiring across Engineering, Product, Research, Business, GTM, and other corporate functions
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and executive business partners
- Navigate last-minute changes, interviewer conflicts, declines, and unexpected scheduling challenges
- Act as the calm, solutions-oriented person people can rely on during recruiting “fire drills”
- Coordinate both virtual and occasional in-person interviews
- Maintain highly accurate candidate records and scheduling documentation
- Communicate with candidates in a polished, professional, and welcoming manner
- Help create a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from first interaction through the interview process
- Work independently in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly
🌟 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has real Recruiting Coordination experience and knows what it takes to keep a high-volume recruiting engine moving.
- 2 years of direct Recruiting Coordinator experience; additional experience is strongly preferred
- Experience managing significant interview scheduling volume in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and/or executive stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage your workload and prioritize competing requests
- Strong proficiency with Slack and modern recruiting technology
- A polished and professional communication style with candidates and internal stakeholders
Important: This role requires direct Recruiting Coordination experience. Recruiting or sourcing experience without hands-on interview coordination experience will not be sufficient.
⭐ Even Better If You Have
- Experience supporting recruiting at a high-growth startup or major technology company
- Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments
- Experience being an early or foundational Recruiting Coordinator on a growing team
- Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Research, or GTM recruiting
- Familiarity with Ashby, Guide, or other ATS and scheduling platforms
- Experience supporting hybrid or onsite interview programs
- Experience working with executive assistants and highly visible stakeholders
🧠 The Environment
You’ll be joining a recruiting organization that is scaling quickly and operates with a high degree of urgency. The team works heavily in Slack, uses modern recruiting and scheduling technology, and supports a large and diverse interviewer population.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organized chaos—someone who can move quickly, spot potential issues before they become problems, communicate clearly, and keep everything moving even when priorities change by the minute.
