Position Summary
Our client is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support a Marketing Data Warehouse environment focused on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) data. This role will partner directly with internal stakeholders to research business questions, analyze data discrepancies, and provide insights tied to orders, inventory, and sales planning.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining business process knowledge with SQL-driven analytics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams
- Respond to stakeholder questions regarding order, sales, and inventory data
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
- Run SQL queries to research issues and validate results
- Support reporting and data requests across business teams
- Assist with testing, enhancements, and system improvements
- Document findings and communicate recommendations clearly
