Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
Primary daily responsibilities include managing and updating documentation within 3rd party platforms, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. You may also support audits or requests for additional safety information. You will also collaborate with health and safety personnel to maintain up-to-date compliance records. Attention to detail and proactive communication is essential to manage documentation, badge allocations, safety statistics, training documentation, questionnaire completion, vendor communications, and many other administrative elements. In addition, this role would work across the business unit in key areas to maintain access for employees onsite with customers.
Typical task breakdown:
- Support documentation uploading and maintenance for site specific requirements
- Managing requests for badge access and parking at site
- Support any request for training documentation
- Support ongoing reporting and audit needs in platform
Education & Experience:
- Years of experience: 2-4 years
- Degree requirement: associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business

- Strong communication skills across different business units
- High organizational skills to manage multiple requests at the same time across sites
- Highly motivated with a focus on quality and continuous improvement for role
Technical Skills:
- Computer and online proficiency
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $29.00- $30.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
