Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Work Tools Specialist to support the deployment and post-implementation execution of solutions delivered to dealers. This role focuses on follow-up, execution support, and data analysis after deployment, partnering closely with dealers to ensure successful adoption and ongoing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support an existing deployment process currently being used with dealers
- Serve as the primary follow-up contact after solutions are deployed, ensuring execution aligns with expectations
- Work directly with dealers to track adoption, usage, and outcomes
- Collect and analyze deployment-related data to support insights and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Use work management tools to track tasks, issues, and progress
- Analyze data stored in Snowflake tables
- Build or review reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Apply basic analytical skills to support decision-making and dealer performance insights
- Current work tracking tool: Jira
- Upcoming transition to Azure DevOps
- Experience or familiarity with change management in tools is a plus
- Business analysis or operational support experience
- Strong follow-up, execution, and stakeholder communication skills
- Basic to intermediate data analysis capabilities
- Experience with Power BI (basic reporting and data visualization)
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms
- Experience using Jira; openness to learning Azure DevOps
- Prior experience supporting dealer, partner, or field-based users
- Exposure to solution deployments or post-implementation support
- Process improvement mindset
