Location: Durham, NCDuration: 12 MonthsPay Rate: $19/h Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome all visitors, employees, and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.Manage guest/visitor check-ins, print name badges, and maintain accurate lobby logs.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment.Process incoming mail, packages, and parcel deliveries.Order office supplies and assist with document updates, nameplate printing, and file maintenance.Support onsite events with catering coordination, logistics, and setup.Submit service requests and communicate with building security as needed.Send local internal communications and assist employees with questions or directions.Issue temporary badges and support security protocols as required.Provide general administrative and workplace support as part of the Workplace team.
