- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Lead project meetings, change management, and closeout activities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, vendors, and field teams.
- Monitor project profitability, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Support preconstruction efforts including bidding and buyout schedules.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of construction management experience.
- Strong expertise in scheduling, cost control, and project execution.
- Advanced proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
