We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Akron, OH. This individual will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth internal processes, and contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and correspondence
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and handle incoming mail
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support internal communications and project coordination
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
