  • Document and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain high standards for communication, accuracy, and responsiveness

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
