Treasury Management Director

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the bank’s treasury management sales strategy, aligning with commercial banking objectives and identifying opportunities for deposit and fee income growth.
- Lead and manage the treasury management sales team, setting production goals and driving performance through strategic leadership.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of treasury clients by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Drive deposit growth and service adoption through client presentations, consultative solutions, and participation in commercial relationship pitches.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts related to treasury revenue and overall financial performance.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of banking experience with at least 3–5 years in treasury management or cash management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of revenue generation and deposit growth
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of treasury management products
