The QTI Group is partnering with Bank CMG to hire a Treasury Management Specialist for the Madison, Wisconsin, market. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will play a key role in providing innovative treasury solutions to Bank CMG’s commercial clients.
We would also consider hiring this as a Treasury Management Manager for someone more experienced who might be looking to lead a small team.
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, delivering top-tier treasury product marketing and technical expertise.
- Onboard business clients and ensure seamless implementation of treasury management products and services.
- Support clients with opening business accounts, account inquiries, online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and other treasury tools.
- Collaborate with bankers and internal teams to design and present commercial banking solutions.
- Create proposals and respond to RFPs to win new business.
- Drive business development through proactive prospecting and cross-selling treasury products, including active involvement in the local community in partnership with bank business development team members.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in banking customer service
- 2 years in treasury management preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
