Warehouse Supervisor

Pay $70k - $75k -- Direct Hire

Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm M-F - Possibly leave a bit later depending on business needs.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing workflows, driving productivity, and ensuring team performance meets key operational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes safety, and is focused on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
• Monitor team productivity and ensure performance meets or exceeds KPIs
• Analyze operational data and provide performance reporting
• Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and service levels
• Maintain accurate records of labor, inventory, and operational metrics
• Promote a positive team environment through coaching, communication, and accountability

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and operational documents
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• E-commerce or high-volume distribution experience preferred

Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution leadership
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Lean processes (5S, Six Sigma preferred)
• Strong background in safety practices and material handling equipment
• Experience with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
