Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead distribution, IT, and quality initiatives by applying data-driven decision-making and quality principles
- Track and ensure completion of project deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Partner with quality and operations teams to support planning processes and achieve key program milestones
- Define, document, and communicate quality expectations to operational and project teams
- Promote adoption of best practices in project management, Lean methodologies, and problem-solving techniques
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, policies, and strategic direction
- Mentor and support team members to achieve project and program objectives
- Facilitate ongoing training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities
- Drive strategic and operational improvements across distribution center operations, including systems, automation, and infrastructure
- Act as a central point for communication, sharing best practices, and benchmarking performance
- Coordinate and deliver communications related to project plans, goals, outcomes, and change management initiatives
