Supreme Rice is looking for a Quality Control Inspector in our Rough Rice department in Mermentau. This position grades rice and inspects product for quality and food safety issues.
Must have good attention to detail, familiarity with computers and able to work in a dusty environment. This position typically works 7am to 4:30pm M-F and some Saturdays. (During harvest 7-5 and 7 days a week)

Duties
- Inspect product, weigh, sample and grade grain with good attention to detail and in a neat and organized way
- Ability to read charts
- Report all food safety issues to supervisor to initiate action
- Good attention to detail
- Basic math skills
