Quality Control Inspector

Duties and Responsibilities

• Approves in process products by confirming to drawings or specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; holding of products for re-work; confirming re-work, holding and marking of non-conforming product
• Stenciling of part and traceability numbers
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following Global Manufacturing quality standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related functions as needed.
• Complete all process documentation as required while maintaining traceability
• Maintain tools and equipment, collecting tools for calibration as needed
• Inventory Control Functions- organization of stock, maintaining bin locations, stocking parts, inventory counts
• Pulling of customer orders, packing of customer orders
• Other additional duties as assigned by upper management
