Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate torches, grinders, plasma cutters, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and other measuring devices accurately.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Hydraulic Systems: Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems used for stage deployments, slide-outs, leveling, and lifting mechanisms on our units.
- Perform basic electrical diagnostics and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Use basic math skills to perform measurements and conversions.
- Operate forklifts and other metalworking equipment.
- Maintain and utilize personal tools for mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- 5–7 years of fabrication experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and electrical system experience.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Proficient in using fabrication and metalworking tools.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Must own and maintain personal tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in industrial or heavy equipment fabrication and repair.
- Knowledge of hydraulic schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
