What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems for mobile equipment.
- Oversee product installations and train production staff.
- Provide direct support to manufacturing and fabrication teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and performance.
- Approve technical drawings and specifications.

- Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in equipment design.
- Expert-level SolidWorks skills — this is a core requirement.
- Proven experience with hydraulic systems; familiarity with pneumatic and electrical controls.
- Experience with components such as engines, pumps, motors, and valves.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with control systems like Parker IQan, Hydac, or Danfoss Plus One is a plus.
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
