We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ironworker to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient erection, assembly, and alignment of steel structures and heavy equipment at job sites across the country. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoys hands-on, team-oriented work in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ironworker to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient erection, assembly, and alignment of steel structures and heavy equipment at job sites across the country. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoys hands-on, team-oriented work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lay out and set steel for crane operations
- Properly signal crane operators to lift and position steel safely
- Weld and/or bolt pieces into place according to drawings and specifications
- Torch and/or drill holes for proper fitment
- Identify and install correct hardware
- Ensure all components are fitted and aligned properly, making field adjustments as needed
- Align motor sheaves and install drive belts
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all company and job site safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to rig steel for crane operations
- Proficiency in reading and understanding erection drawings, equipment manuals, and checklists
- Skilled in the use of bull pins, sleever bars, chain come-alongs, hammers, and other hand tools
- Experience unloading and stacking prefabricated iron and steel
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel 100% and work a rotation schedule (e.g., 11 days on / 3 days off)
- Desire to build long term relationships
- Exhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employees
- Ability to tolerate physical demands of the position
- Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule
