The Automation & Industrial Electrician is responsible for:
- Advanced Electrical Installation: Execute the precision installation of complex electrical components, control panels, and specialized wiring systems on heavy industrial equipment in accordance with technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct comprehensive electrical testing and systematic documentation to ensure all equipment adheres to rigorous performance standards and engineering blueprints prior to shipment.
- Engineering Collaboration: Partner directly with the engineering department to troubleshoot prototype or "first-run" systems, providing real-time technical solutions to complex integration challenges.
- Technical Leadership & Training: Serve as the primary subject matter expert on the production floor, delivering formal hands-on electrical training to assembly personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship across the team.
- Interdisciplinary Assembly Support: Maintain a versatile operational role by assisting in mechanical and hydraulic assembly tasks as required to meet production milestones and project deadlines.
- Process & Design Optimization: Identify and communicate opportunities for design enhancements and manufacturing efficiencies to the engineering team, contributing to the continuous improvement of electrical systems and assembly workflows.
- 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

- Journeyman Electrical License, Associate's Degree in Electrical, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Knowledge of 480VAC and 24VDC circuits
- Ability to use electrical measuring instruments correctly
- Skilled with hand tools like wire cutters, soldering tools, and crimping tools
- Understanding of NEC codes for manufactured equipment
- Experience with computers and ability to learn specific control software
