Job Description
If you enjoy staying organized, working hands-on, and being a key part of getting products where they need to go, tis role is for you. As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations moving efficiently - from receiving, part to ensuring on-time shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check-in, and organize production parts, ensuring everything is in the right place
- Prepare, package, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Process incoming freight and maintain proper documentation
- Enter and manage shipping/receiving data in computer systems
- Operate a forklift to move, store, and stage materials safely
- Help with walk in customers
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S Standards
- Pitch in where needed - because teamwork drives success
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset
- Ability to safely operator forklifts and other equipment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and varying weather conditions
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
